Title: Publish will not save PDFs to designated folder. Saves to temp folder

Hello to all
Publishing to pdf using Acad 2018 or C3D 2018 will not save these PDFs to the designated folder. Somehow they are saved in some subfolder of the temp folder. It is happening using all of the plot configuration to create pdf.
No problem with version 2015 or 2017.
Any idea?

I've seen this behavior too in AutoCAD 2020 using sheet sets when the output file name is pre-configured. Changing it to prompt for file name has been more consistent for me.

I have found issues if users "Publish to:" a PDF and also use a page setup that points to a PDF.
Try pointing to a printer with your page setup and then override that with setting "Publish to:" to aim at a PDF preset.

Otherwise can you give us more info?

thanks for the reply...all my drawing have a page set up pointing exactly to which printer to plot or pdf, and yet the finished pdf winds up in this temp folder. One thing to mention is this is happening only on my laptop....and this laptop is brand new out of the box.
on my previous laptop there  was no problem.

I don't know the reason for this, but the path in EXPORTSETTINGS is different from the path in OPTIONS. Could be a bug.

Change the path in EXPORTSETTINGS, after that EXPORTPDF will use this location.
