Title: Debug with Civil 3D 2017

Hi,

I'm not able to debug with Civil 3D 2017.  With Autocad 2017, it's working fine (with the same project).
I see the loading page but it stay stuck on Loading ... acadmap.arx and then it close. 
Civil 3D 2017 work fine when I use it without debuging.
I'm using Visual Studio 2012 and the target framework is .NET Framework 4.5

This problem was new to me since I have just changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
