Title: Unhandled COMException causes crash to desktop

I'm migrating an old project from AutoCAD 2016 to 2019.  It was originally a VBA & VB6 project and as such mainly utilizes the COM API.  I've noticed that any unhandled COMExceptions cause a CTD in 2019 whereas 2016 would display an error dialog.  Anyone else seen this?
