I am thank full, If any one HELP to write a lisp to Fill The Block (Curve data) attributes

Block and Curve dwg file is attached

I've attached a different version I wrote years ago for labeling both arc and line segments using a similar table for arcs.  It requires the blocks attached to be saved in the support path. 

You could modify it for your block and attributes.
