Hello to all, I have a large amount of points (around 9000) which I have the x and y coordinates. These coordinates are in a spreadsheet. I need to raise the z coordinates until they reach the actual surface that I also have in c3d. Any idea will be greatly appreciated.

insert them as a block
then use surface tools at launch pad to
move those blocks to the surface
then they can be added to the surface if required....
or
after blocks are at surface elevation
then run a map query against the saved file
and use the REPORT function to export the x1,y1,z1
to a file
you will need to edit that file with open office spreadsheet (because MAP doesn't write a clean ascii file output
then you can reimport as a civil 3d points file.

thanks to all. mission accomplished

I realize your issue is already solved, but for future reference after importing the points into the drawing you can give them an elevation from a surface like in the attached picture.
