Anyone ever try to use entity.clone with a featureline through an xref. I created a routine that was specifically meant for autocad objects...to basically replace ncopy... but clever users always find ways to do things they shouldn't...and started to pick civil 3d objects. Apparently they are cloning featurelines but appears the elevations get screwed up in various cases. I couldn't find any documentation on using clone() with civil 3d objects really but after he mentioned it I realized they can likely clone anything (surfaces, profiles, whatever). Does anyone have experience using clone() on Civil 3d objects that could offer input? There's the obvious stuff like sites, surfaces, etc. attached to the various entities but it is an interesting trick if it can be made to work.
