Title: .NET with VS2013

I know there is information about this on the board somewhere. Hopefully this is any easy (re-direction). Is there a youtube video or step by step tutorial showing how to setup a basic project. I can usually find all the code, but as for referencing it and add all the other files to support the code, I get lost at.

If you already have VS2013 installed then you can skip any steps related to installing it.
