Title: AutoCAD 2016 load *Cancel*

AutoCAD 2016
Vanilla profile .. as virgin as I can make it.

The initial load throws a *Cancel* on the command line some time after loading acad2016doc.lsp
I added a placeholder in the file to check.

Any subsequent  file open in the same session does not show the message.

Anyone come across this previously ??
