Title: ReportUnit instead of NUnitOrange

Greate news: Anshoo Arora (https://www.linkedin.com/in/anshooarora) created a new application: ReportUnit. This is replasement for NUnitOrange (http://relevantcodes.com/nunit-orange-nunit-html-report-generator/). This tool can create summary and detailed HTML reports on the basis of XML generated by NUnit, MSTest and Gallio. Usage is the same as NUnitOrange.
