A walkthrough about using a sample custom entity written with the MultiCAD.NET API in three CAD platforms: nanoCAD, AutoCAD, and ZWCAD is posted on the nanoCAD API Blog.

In the post one and the same TextInBoxSample.dll is loaded into nanoCAD (32- or 64-bit), AutoCAD (32- or 64-bit), and ZWCAD and the drawing with TextInBox sample entity is edited in these three CAD platforms.

The custom entity .dll and enablers are available for evaluation purposes and can be downloaded using the links from the article. To develop with the MultiCAD.NET API, a registration in the nanoCAD Developers' Club at http://developer.nanocad.com is needed.
