Title: license issue flexnet

autocad map3d 2014

Keeps saying that the flexnet license server manager could not determine where to find the licensing data it needs.  Choose one of the following

specify the license server system
specify the license file.

Cant find either even though the rest of the department is not having this issue.

system administrator cant fix it either.

any suggestions?
