Title: Content Browser keeps losing my tools

I am having a serious issue with the Content Browser, I am using AutoCAD Architectural 2014 and I put the tool on my palette then drag it to the content browser and am able to recycle the standard tools for this new tool to load but once I close the browser the tool is no longer stored in the content browser, if I recycle the standard tools, tool palette again the tool will disappear from the palette...

This has been an issue for me from day one but I was always able to get it to stick on the second or third try, but I can't get to stick to matter what now.

Any Ideas?

why not just use/create a tool palette and leave those tools there?

I think you are talking about the Design Center

Our system is already set up to use Content Browser and it has been working somewhat fine in the past but now I can't get it work at all.  I would like to fix it.
