Title: F# and Visual Studio Express 2013

Hi,

Visual Studio 2013 Desktop Express supports F# (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/fsharpteam/archive/2014/01/22/announcing-visual-f-3-1-1-and-support-for-desktop-express.aspx).
F# is not included in Visual Studio Express 2013 but the free Visual F# Tools 3.1.1 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41654) package can be added to it.
After installing this package, F# will appear in Visual Studio as the others languages (Visual Basic, Visual C#, Visual C++).
