Title: VBS to Launch CAD and execute a command

I am looking for a bat file or vbs vba; to launch autocad then at the command prompt, type in a command and then hit enter to start the command.

Or Launch from a desktop short cut (civil3d) then execute a command.

Is there anything like that out there?
