Title: strange glyph in my drawing

What is this thing in my drawing? I am rendering and I think it might be a distant light but I can’t see it in the lights drop-down where I can see my spotlight listed there. It does give off light, I had to move my model so that mysterious thing would give light off from an angle. Please tell me how to grab it and change its values or just delete it! See image below:

It's the Geographic Location Marker. In plan view it looks like a wagon wheel, in 3d view it looks as it does in your image. You can turn it off using the GeoMarkerVisibility  sysvar.
