Anyone know of a resource for getting various road signs in CAD format. I know most I come across are DGN, I prefer DWG but I can deal with those. I have some from FDOT (Florida) I was able to obtain. Looking for some of the more less common/generic ones to add to our library - looking for W11-11, golf cart, for today. I did find this website that offers quite a few as images/PDF for anyone interested ->>>> http://www.trafficsign.us/index.html

If not, maybe here:
C:\FDOT2012.C3D\
... Provided one has the FDOT Civil 3D 2012 State Kit (http://www.dot.state.fl.us/ecso/downloads/publications/civil3dworkflows/default.shtm) installed.

Not sure what it is yet, but going to look into that FDOT kit.

The answer to that depends on who you ask....
Were you to ask a Microstation user, it (the FDOT Civil 3D State Kit) is a waste of taxpayer dollars that will never be released for production... The FDOT's only been working on this for +/-5 years.
At least that's what the long time Microstation users from my previous group expressed.

can't remeber where this came from (either here or Cadtutor). Bout everything except a golf cart sign, sorry

Great library of signs there. I have a few of those but most have been imported/exported/exploded so many times, even the text is just lines/arcs. Thanks for sharing.

if you're doing work in N FL, you may need one of these crossing signs....
