Title: Reference for XAML extended help?

I'm buggering around with the extended help.  I'm making some progress in a kinda-sorta, hack-n-slash machete code way, but I'm running into a lack of decent reference material.  Most of it is geared towards WPF controls/forms, which is what the extended help format *isn't*.  A lot of what is presented doesn't work in the extended help context and really relies on it being part of a WPF "project" in Visual Studio to automate references, intellisense, and so on.  Even the AutoDesk blogs only have a brief reference regarding the 2009 release.

Anybody have some reference material for constructing extended help XAML material?
