Title: CAD/BIM Technology Center: A/E/C CAD Standard
Post by: CADUser on June 29, 2012, 06:04:40 PM
Hello Members,

I would like to use a template file offered by the CAD/Bim Technology Center. They have provided a group of templates for Architecture, which includes templates for model type, and also an .stb file.

But when I start a new sheet using one .dwt files, the plot style table assignments only displays .ctb files.

Can you please advise as how I can use this template with .stb.

Thank you,

CADUser

Try command CONVERTPSTYLES

Thank you for the reply. That worked.

Now, I have encountered another dilemna. CAD/BIM Technology Center provided some dimension styles within the architecture templates. But when I go to dimension on object, whose actual size is 10'-0", the dimensions shows 120'-0".

What are your thoughts?

Thank you.

There is a scale factor being applied>> on the primary units tab of the Dimstyle
be sure that the tick box for Apply to Layout Dimensions Only is checked. (or remove the scale factor)
