How does one plot with a stb file?
Thxs
(Acad 05 or 09)
-
You need the .stb file saved to the appropriate location and select it from the Plot Styles drop down.
-
(Went to bed last night thinking I should have explained better)-sorry
Only ctb's are listed in the pull down
-
I think CONVERTPSTYLES may be what you are looking for
-
CONVERTPSTYLES- thats it thxs!
maybe back, I'll read during lunch, but now my txt blocks, etc are color, no matter what color, (hence ctb), so I need to understand the logic of named styles.
Thxs!

Here's a link to get you started with good descriptions of each:
http://exchange.autodesk.com/autocad/enu/online-help/search#WS1a9193826455f5ffa23ce210c4a30acaf-5f9b.htm
Also, instead of always using the CONVERTPSTYLES command, it's way easier to use a Template where STB is already set. Create your own Template, or you can use one of the stock ones AutoCAD comes with. :kewl:
