Title: create block with basepoint?

Hi,

I used this code :  http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2010/01/creating-an-autocad-block-using-net.html (http://through-the-interface.typepad.com/through_the_interface/2010/01/creating-an-autocad-block-using-net.html) for creating a block. Now the problem I have is when I rotate this block, the block is rotating far from my insertion point.

How can I set a parameter basepoint with the creation of a block with code ofcourse.
