Title: reloading xrefs ACAD 2004

I've started using ACAD 2004 and one of the new features is an alert that tells you that a file/ xref in your drawing has been updated.

A reference file has changed and may need reloading
this notice also tells you the name of the file.  when you select the name of the file, AutoCAD launches the Xref manager.  My question is if their is a way that you click on the name of the file in the notice and  it will reload that xref file.  Basically skip the manual load through the xref manager.
