Title: Help Required "Creating new dimension style"

Hi I need to create a dimension style for the Grid dimensions as shown in the image below. I need the third character after the decimal to be placed as superscript i.e. 3.12⁵ insted of 3.125.

Can some one please help me with this :|. It seems this the standard way of displaying the grid dimensions in DIN (German Standards).
