Title: Strucural Member in Plan view (screenshot attached)
Post by: StykFacE on October 27, 2009, 02:32:41 PM
I run AutoCAD MEP, but I figure the ACA guys could probably help me with this.... In my screenshot I have placed a few structural members for field coordination purposes, however in WCS Plan View it shows as a single line, but notice it's actually 24" in width. I figured it's probably a Display Configuration issue, I even went to the Structural Member's Display Properties and couldn't get anywhere with that. Any suggestions to show the true width?? Thanks!!

*EDIT* I can upload the file if needed.

Go to your DISPLAY CONFIGURATIONS.
Expand REPRESENTATIONS BY OBJECT and scroll down to STRUCTURAL MEMBER.
Select the appropriate DISPLAY REPRESENTATION for the current CONFIGURATION (the topmost item) and make sure that the BELOW CUT PLANE VISIBLE option is turned on.
Click APPLY and OK.
