Title: help required - putting two programs together

Can anyone help put these two programs together?
both are very good by themselves but they would be even better if the Lsp was Incorporated into the db file
The lsp adds extra attributes to existing blocks that already have attributes within them, however you can only pick one block at time, where as the Db file has a global search, find, change other very useful features but is missing the ablilty to add extra attributes to existing blocks.
I have attached both files so you can see the what I mean.
Both files have been put forward by other Swamp members.
