I have seen this error before with pure autocad.
Out of 75 computers, it is always the same computer, so I uninstalled and re-installed with no luck. But it only happens about once a month and it is always when the user is closing autocad so nothing gets lost.

On the computer that this error occurs on the only thing running is pure autocad, no customizations, since that was the first suspect.

We had this or a very similar error on vanilla acad2000, it was tied in with the express Plotstamp. Since plotstamp is part of cad now we haven't been getting it on 2006.
