Is there a visual lisp editor that I can use on a computer that does not have AutoCAD installed on it? I know I can use Notepad, but I like the auto formatting and colors of VLIDE. I work a couple nights a week at my dad's pool hall that just opened up, and I could code while I'm there. Thanks

Look into VIM ... I am sure Mark will fill you in on the specifics...

Heres a picture of what my VIM looks like: http://theswamp.org/swamp.files/john/vim.png
I think you should know that VIM is not an intripriter so...
OBTW, Stig also likes VIM so maybe he can chime in with some good words about the editor.

Really! Stig uses Vim. I did not know that. Stig are you an old vi user?
-
There is also the Crimson Editor which is pretty nice if you like the Windows type look and feel. There is also a syntax file for Autolisp.

I use TextPad alot! It's great with alot of all the cool features that everybody else has. And if you're looking for syntax files for VLISP, just let me know, I've got one that beats the one on the TextPad site!
Later!

Mine is better then yours! *Pthhht!*
