Hello everybody,
I'm trouble with a reference project. Everytime I open the drawing, can't located or read the main file.
I don't know what happening, I have to reload to fix it.

Suggest use RELATIVE Path when attaching

That happens when either the name or the location of the XREF changes, when using absolute pathing.
It can also happen if the location of the referencing file changes.
Are you saving the drawing after repathing the XREF?

Yep, I'm saving.
I was using full path instead of relative path. What is the difference?

Look at the path displayed when you switch to relative. It does not have the entire path. It paths the XREF in relation to the referencing file. If you are not moving or copying the files, it shouldn't make any difference but relative pathing is usually preferred.
