Title: Apply Dimension Style Dialog

Anyone know how to call this dialog (by command or lisp) ?  It's one my friends puzzle, but i haven't  find out yet

No worries; I know that the forums are different... it's just that many members participate in multiple forums. It's understandable when you have some sort of critical need... it's just a courtesy thing.
