Kudo's For Jeff_M

Angel Espinoza has given Jeff_M some well deserved recognition for his sharing efforts.  Jeff has posted some useful new Civil 3D routines on the Civil 3D Community Page.  My thanks to Jeff as well for these and and all of the other fruits of your keyboard you share so willingly.

Most excellent!! Jeff is an excellent, resourceful and generous codesmith -- and a nice person to boot!! I am very happy to see him get some props.

Congratulations Jeff!!

It's great that someone is publicly recognizing your contributions.

On a greedier note, now that you've got em hooked, you can start charging. :-p

Congratulations Jeff.  Keep up the good work.  :-D  It's nice to see someone who gives so freely their knowledge a little recognition.

Whoa! Thanks everyone! I just got cold chills (the good kind) reading this.

When Angel contacted me about mentioning my routines I was taken aback. I told him that I felt honored to be recognized by those in the business who know far more than I about this new technology (Civil3D). Melanie Santer, dirtdivac3d.blogspot.com, has also mentioned my routines and has been prodding me to look at customizing some other areas of the program.

And now, you guys have taken notice, too.  :-)

Thanks!

Yeah, thanks, Jeff, for doing Autodesk's work for them...

I mean, really, how many versions of Civil-3D have they put out now? Four?  And they still have no way to do something as basic as list available point numbers?

I've been leading my company into transitioning to Civil-3D (official training starts next month), and I'm hoping that doesn't prove to be a major mistake...  But then again, the pricing for Land Desktop + Civil Design is already completely unreasonable (a $2000 hike between 2006 and 2007!), so it doesn't seem like we have much choice...   :|
