In short, no. All network licenses will be converted to Named User licenses. See this announcement/FAQ (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/subscription-changes/transition-to-named-user-faq-read-before-you-post/m-p/9334704#M524). One consolation is that they are offering 2 named user licenses for your 1 network license.
