Windows Explorer Task Pane

Does anyone know if there is a way to get a Task Pane as shown in this video to appear in Vanilla CAD?

closest you will get in 'vanilla' autocad is SHEET SET MANAGER

And there was a similar menu in Autodesk Architectural

The attached is the menu he is talking about...

I'm wondering if it can be created through some ODCL panels? Will post if I find anything.

There is a bit more than meets the eye going on with that panel....like project settings, prototypes to use...folder structure
