Dropping cells w/ tags

Is there a way to drop a cells w/o losing the text in a tag?

I had to insert some typicals in a sheet, but had to modify them, so they have to dropped. When dropped all the "typical call outs", section bubbles, etc lose the text in tags. Guess I'm looking for the express tool explode attributes to text equivalent.
