Topic: Layer Manager hanging up

Everything else works semi-not terrible. But.. when I open the Layer Manager in 2009, it hangs up. VERY BAD. I have to move the mouse carefully as it no longer moves smoothly. It moves in jumps if that makes sense. When I can finally get the mouse on to the 'X' and click out of the layer manger, all seems to be well again.

Any thoughts?

Nope. This happens in a brand new drawing.

try the old 2008 Layer dialog box (set LAYERDLGMODE to 0).

video card drivers....phase of the moon....nuetrino ray bambardment...solar flares...voodoo curse on you....I have a bunch of ideas....
