target sp1

This may be a dumb question, but how do you target 3.5SP1 ?  I have the sp installed, but its not in the dropdown.

Glenn was helping me with some path statements

path = Path.Combine(@"X:\As Built Substation Files\", txtSubstationName.Text, txtProjNum.Text, ext);but it fails with No function that takes 4 arguments.  I researched it, and 3.5SP1 and 4.0 both support 4 args
