How do you set the order of the attributes in the properties pallet.
I just created a terminal block with 48 terminals and a ATTDEF for the left color and number description and right color and number, and when i create the block, all the atributes are in the opposite order in the properties pallet. Any idea how to set the order?
I created the block from the top down,, If I have to start over I may have to shoot myself.

Whatever you do, do not open block in block editor and run BATTORDER command and reorder the attributes how you want them.
-
How did you select the attributes for the block ??
Did you do a crossing selection
or did you select the Attributes in Order ??
-
I tried twice with a crossing window.. bottom left to upper right.. and upper right to bottom left.

Ya.. BATTORDER did nothing for the properties dialog box.. uhhhhggg that took forever.
-
battorder does work you might have to attsync if already inserted.
-
PHEW.. man thought I wasted that whole time..
I re-inserted the block and all is well...
man hope I never have to do that again.

You may find that selecting the attributes in order will solve the issue.
I usually select attributes first then do a crossing to select the balance of items.

This was 1 of 9 once I had this one created the others took almost no time.
See final block...
FYI this is what the client wanted.... I would never use this block if I could avoid it.
The idea is you drag in the block.. select the one you want then explode and start adding values.
one block.. to rule them all... LOL
