Title: Draw tangents w Curve

Hello all,
In Civil 3D when drawing a profile in a profile view, using the Profile Layout Tools... my current default is Draw Tangents - but I would like that default to be Draw Tangents With Curves.
Is there a way to accomplish that as with other Commands in the Settings tab?
