copy acad.vlx auotcad support folder & run autocad it's not loaded

Dear All,
i recently install windows 7 32 bits,
user account is administrator
copy acad.vlx auotcad support folder & run autocad it's not loaded ,
but right click & run as administrator this is working
what's problem ????????

thx for reply no virus in file because i run autocad administrator mode its working
& try other xyz.vlx file it's not working

Maybe the .vlx needs write permission that only an Administrator account can grant.  :|
