In 2005, the Zoom Window command uses running osnaps and it drives me loco. Does anyone know if there's a way to turn it off? I mean, without toggling object snaps - and for window'ing only.

Ha! Got it! Options-->User Preferences-->Priority for Coordinate Data Entry, make sure Running Object Snap is not selected.
