If I install ADT 3.3 on the same computer as AutoCAD 2004 is installed?

You should not experience problems unless the ADT is based on 2004. If it is based on 2002 you can have them both installed side by side... I did exactly that myself.

Thanks...got the itch to do some stuff in ADT, but we only have the older 3.3 copy...didn't want to mess anything up...
