(VDI) Virtual Desktop Infrastructure

Looking for some insight on the VDI environment and running autodesk products.
  • Is anyone here at the Swamp using this?
  • Do you know of company's that using it?
  • Are you Running Autocad/Civil 3D from this environment?
  • Can autocad or Civil 3D run in this environment efficiently?
Any other knowledge about this would be greatly appreciated.

yo will want and or need much more RAM due to the requirements of the Virtualisation application's need for RAM.
