dwg won' import into RS2008

does anyone know how to fix this problem?????
can't import dwg or dxf into rs2008. worked with the project in rs4. when upgraded to rs2008, can't import dwg or dxf files.

anyone, any ideas...........HELP!!!!!!!!!

There is nothing wrong with the drawing, as I have a machine of site that can import the dwg file into the same project.

Thanks for the help anyway, but also have had our software tech look at the dwg file & he had no trouble importing into rs2008.

At a loss as to what it might be.
