Title: storing the acad object for later extraction
Post by: psuchewinner on July 09, 2015, 02:28:30 PM
been a while since I've been here but I need some help.

I need to store all off the info contained in the "Preferences" object to use at a later date to reset all of my preferences.

Can someone help me out?  My company is gonna update to 2016 SOON and I don't want to have to fumble around to get all my preferences put back.

If you could tell me how to store them in a text file or something, that would be really great. :)

It exports a ton of stuff .. you can open up the <Profile>.arg file in notepad and take a look. My profile has 3100 lines in it.
