HELP!!

I have a slight problem with mtext in AutoCAD 2002.

The text is invisible, no matter what you do, even changing the colour, height etc. You still can't see the text within the editor.

I think it may be something to do with system or acad fonts?

Any ideas.

Thanks

right click on your desktop, select "properties", then the "effects"
tab, uncheck "smooth edges of screen fonts". This is the normal culprit for
Mtext display problems but since you mention that you have R14 & 2000 and using
font "archquick", I would check that your 2000 installation is pointing to the
correct fonts folder.
Where is the "archquick" font located ? Is this folder in your support path for 2000 ?

Did you try changing the font?

I had that problem on one computer.

I solved it by changing the color setting to 256.
