What would cause a viewport frame to disappear?
« on: July 02, 2012, 10:57:33 AM »
As the title suggest is there anything that would cause a viewports frame or polyline etc.... not to be selectable.

All layers are on, unlocked, and unfrozen.

What version are you using Jeff?
I'm just curious because I would like to see this and check versions to see if it could be HEIDI display driver. I noticed 2010 has a stationary flashing crosshair issue that doesnt seem to be resolved. Move the crosshairs its fine. I noticed it pulses with task manager graph updates on dual core and quad Intel processors. Both have NVIDIA graphics cards but different models from different periods. Just an observation, everything still works.

I finally just drew a line over a line in paperspace then
-SELECT ALL
-Shift SELECTED to deselect everything
-DELETE to erase viewport
-MVIEW to create a new Viewport
-ALIGNSPACE to align the viewport back up with line drawn previously.

It was a new guy who was deleting the polyline associated with a clipped viewport.
