Is it possible to save the relations between lines on Civil 3d? So if for example you change the coordinates of some points the linework will remain intact?

Let's say i want a line connected from 3,1,2 and i want it to remain no matter what, even when the point it connects change origin.

So a figure is linework associated with Civil Database points, thus reserving a strict relation between the 2?

Is the same principle used for polygon? (For parcels for example)

the 'parcel' object as defined by C3D is pointless; in that it is not specifically created using points...
however should one define parcels as figure objects...then one is prompted as to wether to assign survey points to the vertices or not.
