Title: AutoCAD Puzzle
Post by: Lerner on February 01, 2010, 11:21:26 PM
Here's an interesting little puzzle I just came up with. Might be easy for some but stump others. Open the attached drawing. It contains a simple line. Now do an ID on the endpoints. You get X = 0.0  Y = 0.0 Z = 0.0 on the left and X = 1.0 Y = 0.0 Z = 0.0 on the right. Now select the line and look at the properties palette. That tells you Start X = 0 Start Y = 0 Start Z = 0 and End X = 1 End Y = 0 End Z = 0.1. What's going on?

Until people have a chance to look at it, maybe just say if you solved it and not give the solution right away.
