Land or Civil OE for LT

I'm guessing there is no Civil/Land OE(Object Enabler) for LT 2008? I see MEP an Architectural, but no Civil or Land. My boss has LT and has received a drawing with AEC survey points on it and can not view them. Are there any options to view this in LT or just do the unthinkable and explode it all.  :lol:

One could ask the originator to Export to Autocad, and choose the most compatible format for your version of LT.
