We are using ACA 2009 and creating mode space viewports in view drawings. This works fine. The resultaint view can be draged into a sheet no problem. The problem that we are having is when placing a title mark, the model space is not highlighted as it should be. The model space title mark will pick up the correct name. Is there a variable that controles the visability of the mode space viewport?

what are your View Settings set to?
or, when you make a named view in this file manually, do you see the correct contrast colors there?

have you set your:
BACKGROUND - Sets up the background for your view.
to a color that conflicts with being able to see the view limits...?

...the model space is not highlighted as it should be.
HIGHLIGHT = 1??

Thanks for the replies, I will get back to you all.

are you actually creating NAMED views in model space; and then In your Sheet Set Sheets are you dragging the named views onto your layout tabs?
Is the problem that your call out bubble (field) isn't recognizing the view, and or it's source?
