http://www.opendcl.com (http://www.opendcl.com) is now live. You will find all the OpenDCL news & updates over there.
The OpenDCL forums are also up and running. Click on the "Forums.." link on the right side of the page to get to them.
I'd encourage all of you to post your OpenDCL related questions over there from now on, so that there is no conflict\confusion with other related software in this forum. However we do appreciate Mark Thomas for allowing us to hang out here for so long. :)

Barry, the site looks great! I'm heading over there now . . . . . .

Great! One more discussion group to monitor! How will I ever get any work done around here?!?
*cough* I just posted a question over there *cough*

So I can send this forum into the bit bucket now?
-
If it's up for a vote add mine to keep it.
:)

So I can send this forum into the bit bucket now?
I guess that's really up to you Mark :)
But maybe some other users may still wish to discuss other software in here...
-
So I can send this forum into the bit bucket now?
A resounding "NO" please, not the bit bucket!

... make sure to use a spell checker...
I think the spelling and grammar errors are de rigeur for Barry. ;)

Owen;
I know I sound rude most of the times, but my intention was to help on that issue... very sorry. :)
I know this is one of my many flaws guys. If you’d kindly point out the errors to me it would be greatly appreciated. An e-mail would be best, so you don’t broadcast to the world what an idiot I am . I always have spell checking on, it’s just always suggesting the wrong words. For example I’ll make fun of myself, I always spell important incorrectly & it always suggests impotent. Impotent is spelled correctly, it’s just not what I intended to say. I wash there was a spell checker that could read my mind and correct me with what I really intended to say.
Thx for the help & understanding guys.

Did any one talk to Mark about this (Im sure if someone from the ODCL team asked they could have had a forum--or all the tools--set up here with little trouble.)? I mean, i haven't researched the facts yet, but if i were calling the shots i would have asked another OPEN--related--project to ``team up''. ...I guess i don't understand the idea to create a separate forum when people who need lisp help come here anyways.

Mark has already been kind enough to give us a space to discuss ODCL. The prob. is there are now 2 ODCL's that aren't associated with each other. So someone could be asking for help on software A and anther user could be offering help on software B, that doesn't work in software A. Which will cause a lot of confusion for the new user to that software...
All OpenDCL.com is trying to do is offer the most effective help/support it can to it's users.
If you're looking for lisp help then this is the place to be...
