Is there a good "Lisp for Dummies" book (or equivalent)? What do you recommend if not a book?

Yes, I have been looking at SMadsen's "Introduction to AutoLisp" and I must say this is the best, well explained, step-by-step lisp tutorial I've ever seen. I've been using AutoCAD for 7+ years and using other people's autolisps for almost as long, so I knew eventually I'd have to learn to write them to put this program (ACAD) to the best use. I have searched the net endlessly for a simple, easy to understand lisp tutorial and I have finally found what I was looking for. Thank you so much S. Madsen for all your help, you'll never know how much you've help me. (I finally get it)

Thank you very much, Andrew. Only glad to help out if possible.

I'm not sure, but I believe Se7en was referring to a certain 10 lesson series which is a bit more 'indepth' than the three pages I chose to call "Primer".

That's where I'm heading to next (more in-depth studies). I learned a lot from your "Primer". But as I was interrupted several times and need to take a few more notes, I'll be re-reading it to make sure I understand all the concepts before moving on.

I do still want to express my most humble thanks to you (and everyone helping me in this endeavor) for taking the time to write an easy-to-use "Lisp for Dummies" tutorial.

Are Stig's courses still available or does nayone know how I could access them? The links above no longer work, thank you.
